Welcome to the Rudolstadt site

Our Rudolstadt plant, which has been part of the BASF Group since October 1, 2003, lies in the green heartlands of Thuringia about 35 km south of Weimar. As part of the Performance Materials division of BASF SE, we make polyamide compounds of the BASF Ultramid^® brand.

With around 110 employees, the plant is one of the biggest employers in the region.
As an accredited training enterprise, the plant offers apprenticeships in commercial and technical fields.
