The START IN Engineering & Technology Trainee program was the perfect way to start my career. From day one, I have worked on exciting projects and have taken responsibility for important tasks. The variety of deployments helped me to build up a large and multidimensional network, as well as to understand the cooperation within the technical disciplines at BASF. I'm really looking forward to my next stop abroad. I've always wanted to work in a global company and I think it's great to have the chance to get to know the international BASF-environment.
START IN Engineering & Technology is a tailored Trainee program. It is a perfect opportunity to get to know the vast world of BASF and enhancing engineering knowledge by the close proximity to our production plants. Daily work involves all technical site services such as process engineering, construction and maintenance. My additional tasks lie in digitalization offering room to optimize processes and drive innovation. Project responsibility and individual contribution - a great overall package for the start of your career.
