BASF Antwerp’s site is located in the northernmost part of the port of Antwerp. It is the largest chemical production site in Belgium and the second largest BASF group site in the world.

About the site

More than 50 years ago, BASF set up shop in a strategic location in the port of Antwerp, the logistical heart of Europe. The site grew into the largest integrated production site in Belgium.
