START IN Coatings (Business)

We are looking for candidates who have completed a university degree (master’s or bachelor’s) in business engineering, business chemistry or business management focusing on finance, controlling, procurement, human resources or supply chain management with above-average grades. Independent work suits you and you also have a high level of social skills, pleasure in teamwork, strong communication skills and a confident manner. You communicate confidently in English and have gained initial experience from relevant internships. Involvement beyond the university and in other countries is of an advantage. You are mobile and flexible.

The 18- to 24-month trainee program consists of three or four six-month practical assignments and is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Several assignments in central units such as procurement, finance & accounting, and IT management as well as operating units such as accounting & product management, and technical service offer you a lot of exciting practical and project experience in an interdisciplinary working environment, which may also include an international assignment.

During the entire trainee program, you are supported both by an experienced mentor who is a member of management. Regular feedback meetings and comprehensive training measures will support your career and personal development You will also extend your personal and professional knowledge and capabilities by attending internal seminars and taking part in networking events with other trainees and managers from different Group companies or regions.
