I joined BASF in July 2000 and during the past 14 years I have worked in many different positions within the company. Last year, I transferred to my current position, which is a totally new role in my career. I am responsible for the operational excellence of the whole Greater China site. This means supporting the production site in reducing costs and improving the competitiveness of our products by using systematic methodologies.
