Roof Insulation

Basic Structure

WALLTITE® flat roof insulation consists of 7 layers: substrate roof, slope layer, WALLTITE® spray polyurethane foam (SPF), cement mortar levelling, waterproofing layer, isolation layer and protection layer. Picture 3 shows the structure.

Advantages of the system

Compared with insulation panel based roof insulation, WALLTITE® flat roof insulation system has the advantages of:

  • Integrated thermal insulation and waterproofing which saves material and installation time
  • Higher R value due to low thermal conductivity and seamless installation
  • Faster installation because of highly efficient spray applying process.

Basic structure

WALLTITE® pitch roof insulation consists of 5 layers: roof substrate, WALLTITE® spray polyurethane foam (SPF), counter batten, tile batten and tile. Picture 4 shows the structure.

Advantages of the system

Compared with insulation panel based roof insulation WALLTITE® slope roof insulation system has the following advantages:

  • Integrated thermal insulation and waterproofing which saves material and installation time
  • Higher R value thanks to low thermal conductivity and seamless installation
  • Faster installation because of highly efficient spray applying process.
  • Self-adhesive insulation and no need for adhesives or mechanical binding.
