Site Security

Site security-relevant human rights issues, such as the right to liberty and personal safety, have been integrated in globally binding requirements in 2011 and added to the training of security staff. We require all contractors involved in this area to comply with human rights and we conduct regular inspections.

In 2013, we updated the Group Directive Security and the detailed requirements related to site security.

This guideline is part of BASF’s Responsible Care Management System, which comprises the global directives and requirements that we update continuously.
