The Coatings division of BASF is a global expert in the development, production and marketing of innovative and sustainable automotive OEM and refinish coatings, as well as decorative paints. Through the acquisition of Chemetall, BASF Coatings is a leading global supplier of applied surface treatments for metal, plastic and glass substrates. We create advanced performance solutions and drive performance, design and new applications to meet our partners’ needs all over the world.
You are the person we are looking for in START IN Coatings Human Resources if you are a university graduate with a background in Business specializing in Human Resources, Psychology or Law. In addition, you speak English confidently, communicate well and gained first work experience during at least one internship. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team and possess a high degree of social competence and self-confidence. As well, you were able to prove your intercultural skills during a stay abroad over several months.
The flexibly and individually-designed program lasts between 18 and 24 months and will help you prepare for your HR target position in the future. Several stages in various units, such as Personnel Marketing, Recruiting, Compensation Models and Talent Development Management, will give you interesting insights into practical work and projects in an interdisciplinary working environment. While completing the different stations of your individual rotation plan you will get to know our headquarters, our shared service center and a site abroad.
You will be accompanied by a personal mentor from the management area for the entire duration of the program. Regular feedback connected to extensive qualification measures will support you in your vocational and personal development. Networking events including trainees from other company groups and sites will enable you to establish contacts quickly.
