- Joint work/study programs for school leavers who want to go to university
- The “Anlauf zur Ausbildung” (Apprenticeship Action) program for individuals with an interest in technical work, where practical experience is combined with close supervision
- Entry-level positions for high-school leavers without an apprenticeship place, in the “Start in den Beruf” (Career Start) program
