You think and plan in advance, accept responsibility and demonstrate endurance in order to achieve results and exceed expectations. You have excellent communication skills in German and English.

You are also a generalist or specialist in an area whose knowledge and experience is tailored to the special needs of the chemical industry.

Mechanical engineers with working experience can start according to their area of specialization within the technical centers or in maintenance. Other possibilities are for example in logistics or site management, e.g. in infrastructure or energy supply. Or you may work in applications engineering, in which specialists such as plastics or paper engineers develop innovative solutions in close contact with customers for a variety of business areas.

Mechanical engineers can take on a variety of different responsibilities, for example:

  • handling technical issues in maintenance, order processing, in the manufacture and repair of plant components
  • specialist projects, e.g. in materials or welding technology
  • organizational and business management 
  • leadership responsibility
  • planning and implementation of technical measures in maintenance, repair and construction of new and complex system components

In addition to the different working areas in our plant construction, technical centers and maintenance, there are other opportunities such as site management, applications engineering, environmental and security technology and logistics.
