Isobionics Santalol distributed by KEVA is now available for the Indian market

Mumbai, India – February 19, 2021 – KEVA, a leading Indian Fragrance & Flavor company, is the exclusive distributor for Isobionics^® Santalol in India.  The new fragrance ingredient is the first joint product from BASF and Isobionics^® and is now available for the Indian market.

Close alternative to sandalwood oil

Thanks to its woody odor profile, the new fragrance ingredient in Isobionics portfolio is a convincing alternative to sandalwood oil. The proprietary manufacturing process of Isobionics Santalol makes the product unique. It is produced on a biotechnological basis from renewable raw materials.

BASF acquired Isobionics in September 2019. The market launch of the new fragrance Isobionics Santalol demonstrates the successful collaboration between the two companies.
