Board of Executive Directors

The Board of Executive Directors of BASF SE consists of seven members. Dr. Martin Brudermüller is Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors. Dr. Hans-Ulrich Engel is the Vice Chairman.

Supervisory Board of BASF SE

The Supervisory Board of BASF SE comprises 12 members, six shareholder representatives elected by the Annual Meeting and six members appointed by the representative body of the employees, the BASF Europa Betriebsrat.
