The most interesting aspect of his job is working closely with customers and organizing intensive training initiatives for them.

Sana combines her passion for sustainability with her love for chemistry. From an early age, she advocated for environmental choices, which sparked her curiosity about designing sustainable molecules. As a researcher at BASF, Sana creates sustainable alternatives by synthesizing innovative, new molecules, seeing her ideas come to life in the lab. She values BASF's commitment to sustainability, as it aligns with her personal mission to reduce environmental impact.
