BASF finalise l'acquisition d’activités et d’entités de Bayer

BASF a conclu avec succès l'acquisition d'une partie des d'activités et des entités de Bayer. Cette transaction représente un ajout stratégique dans le domaine de la protection des cultures, de la biotechnologie et des applications agricoles numériques. BASF fait donc son entrée sur le marché des semences, des herbicides non sélectifs et des traitements de semences nématicides.
