Production and technical specialists

Every day, our production and technical specialists ensure that our plants run safely and reliably so that high-quality chemical products can be manufactured.

Have you completed your vocational training or several years of experience in production? Perhaps you have started a degree in science or technology but have not completed it? Then you've come to the right place! We offer practical qualification programs, and from day one you will be an integral part of the production team and earn an attractive salary.

In the Elemental Analysis and Speciation group at BASF Research in Ludwigshafen, many different samples from partners around the world are received every day and analyzed for their elemental components. To answer analytical questions even in the most complex sample matrices, the Elemental Analysis team relies on a broad analytical portfolio and the extensive expertise of its employees. Qualification program to become a power plant operator
You will be employed as a production worker in BASF's power plants and will also be trained as a power plant operator at the end of your further training at the power plant operator school in Essen.
