BASF Malaysia Wins Two Asian Experience Awards for People and Partnerships

PETALING JAYA, October 5 – BASF (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (BASF Malaysia) has received dual recognition at the Asian Experience Awards 2026, winning Malaysia Employee Experience of the Year – Chemicals and Malaysia Partner Experience of the Year – Chemicals. Presented at a ceremony held on October 1, at Singapore's Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, the awards celebrate BASF Malaysia's efforts to create meaningful experiences for employees and business partners while strengthening opportunities for growth, wellbeing, collaboration and operational excellence.
The Employee Experience Award recognizes BASF Malaysia's efforts to create a more inclusive and consistent employee experience across its commercial offices and manufacturing sites, supported by initiatives that improve access to career development, wellbeing programmes and digital tools for employees across different locations and roles.
The Partner Experience Award recognizes the evolution of BASF Malaysia's collaboration with its logistics service providers. Through platforms such as Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Day, the company works closely with partners to strengthen safety, capability building and operational excellence while fostering long-term collaborations built on shared learning and mutual value creation.
