As an apprentice at one of our manufacturing sites, you will receive up to three years of on-the-job training while earning an industry-recognized credential in a highly sought out career in manufacturing. BASF pays apprentices a competitive wage and covers the cost of tuition, books and fees related to the credential earned while in the program. Upon completion of the program, apprentices are considered for full-time positions.

Investing in you helps us create chemistry for a sustainable future, and because the world needs creative solutions, we need you.
