Flame (Future Leaders Advancing Manufacturing Excellence), sponsored by the Manufacturing Community Steering Committee (MCSC), aims to attract, retain, and develop manufacturing leaders through a blended learning experience of in-person and virtual events, mentoring, and coaching opportunities.
