BASF Corporation announces price increase for all kaolin clay grades

CHARLOTTE, NC, August 1, 2018 – Effective immediately, or as contracts allow, BASF will increase kaolin prices globally by up to 5% percent, with the amount of the increase dependent on the product. This is valid for all kaolin products for industrial applications, calcined kaolin products for paper applications, and hydrous kaolin products for thermal paper applications.
