BASF named one of Canada’s top Workplaces in Manufacturing

MISSISSAUGA, ON, July 3, 2019 – For the third year in a row, BASF was named as one of Canada’s top Workplaces in Manufacturing by Great Place to Work, a global authority on recognizing high-performing workplace cultures.

BASF received this award after an independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work. Great Place to Work gathered direct feedback from employees across Canada regarding their workplace in an anonymous survey.

To be eligible for the list, organizations with manufacturing facilities must be Great Place to Work certified in the past year, as well as participate in the institute’s Trust Index Survey.

“Being recognized as one of Canada’s top Workplaces in Manufacturing demonstrates our commitment to the health, safety and inclusion of our employees,” said Terri Howard, Director of Human Resources, BASF Canada. “We are continuously working with our employees to ensure they feel empowered and safe to perform in their roles and achieve their highest potential.”
