BASF Agricultural Solutions introduces a new setup to strengthen customer focus and integrated crop system solutions
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC, September 24, 2026 – BASF Agricultural Solutions announced organizational and leadership changes designed to further strengthen its customer focus, simplify decision-making processes and support the company's continued transformation into a standalone business.
The changes mark an important milestone in BASF Agricultural Solutions' journey toward greater strategic, financial and operational flexibility as the business advances its preparations for operating as an independent company.
As part of the new setup, BASF Agricultural Solutions will strengthen its global strategic steering and local commercial execution to enable faster and more customer-focused decisions. The future organization will also further reinforce the company's Crop Systems approach, connecting innovations, products and services into integrated solutions that support farmers from seed to harvest.
In connection with these changes, BASF Agricultural Solutions announced that Leta LaRush will assume the role of Senior Vice President, BASF Agricultural Solutions United States, effective October 1, 2026.
