Renata has been with BASF for over 13 years, driving the connection between sustainability and digitalization. Passionate about emerging technologies and industry trends, she works closely with BASF businesses to promote digital transformation and sustainable solutions.
Originally trained in law, she discovered her true calling in collaboration and engagement, growing through diverse roles at BASF. What she loves most about her work is the opportunity to connect with people from around the world.
Aaron is responsible for leading large capital projects to reduce direct CO₂ and greenhouse gas emissions. A trained electrical engineer, he is passionate about sustainability and creating sustainable products.
He appreciates the collaborative and empowering environment at BASF and is inspired by the important role its products play in achieving sustainability targets. Driven by a desire to leave a positive legacy for future generations, Aaron is committed to building a more sustainable future.
Pri works in new business development for sustainability in BASF’s plastics division. Growing up in India, she saw the challenges of waste management firsthand, sparking her passion for chemical engineering and environmental consultancy, which she studied in the USA. Now at BASF, she thrives in an environment dedicated to sustainability, supporting her team and also customers in making their products lighter, faster, and ultimately, more sustainable.

Her own journey reflects this — transitioning from scientific to commercial roles, she has embraced growth and discovery every step of the way.
Raised in West Africa and the USA, Mayeana brings a deep understanding of regional needs to her role, driving innovative energy solutions. Passionate about sustainability, she markets advanced battery systems that enhance energy storage and support the transition to renewable energy.
With over 14 years at BASF, she values the company's stability and supportive culture, which has empowered her to grow and make an impact. Mayeana is also a champion for diversity and inclusion, having served as national president of the BASF African American Employee Group. She thrives on tackling challenges and advancing sustainable development through her work.
