New in town? Temporary housing is an easy solution, especially for starting out in a new environment. The extensive apartment search can be avoided for now, and you can settle into well-equipped apartments. Wohnen + Bauen offers around 250 furnished apartments. This includes shared apartments for trainees or business shared flats for employees starting after their studies or training at BASF. We also have furnished apartments for singles, couples, or families in our portfolio, as well as shared accommodations (WGs) for interns and bachelor’s or master’s students.
We have flats in different districts of Ludwigshafen - from studio apartments to 5-room-flats. The rent includes the cost of electricity, water, heating, internet (Wi-Fi), cable-TV and broadcasting fees. No deposit required.
In comfortable, well-equipped apartments you can concentrate on your new job and get to know to the new environment. You reserve a room for a fixed period of time, you can extend the booking oder cancel monthly. No deposit is required. Besides the fully equipped shared kitchen and the living room every resident has a private room. Supplementary costs e.g. heating, electricity, broadcasting fees, wireless LAN and using the washing machine are included in the rental price.

We have nice and comfortable rooms in different districts of Ludwigshafen. Equipped with a kitchenette the apartements are shared of 2 or 3 BASF apprentices. The flats are centrally located, work and downtown can be reached with public transport.

You do an internship or write your master thesis at BASF and are looking for an accommodation? We offer rooms in shared apartements for 3 people in our guest house in the south of Ludwigshafen.
You share kitchen and bathroom with your roommates. Heating, water, electricity, wireless LAN and broadcasting fees are included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are also available There is no deposit required. The tram stops right in front of the house. Work and downtown can be reached easily.
