You have successfully completed your degree as engineer (process, chemical, electrical, mechanical, civil engineering etc.) with above average academic record (Master, PhD or a maximum of three years of professional experience).

Moreover, you have already gained relevant practical experience with a global player in industry. Throughout your studies or professional activities you have also acquired international experience. Your fluent English enables you to communicate with international colleagues and clients in a competent manner. Furthermore, you possess German skills or are willing to learn German. You approach your tasks in a goal- as well as result-oriented way and you know how to apply your analytical and entrepreneurial thinking. If, in addition to that, you enjoy working in a team and have ideally gained first leadership experience, e.g. during extracurricular activities, we are looking forward to receiving your application!

The TOP START Engineering & Maintenance Program with national and international assignments will immediately begin preparing you for future management tasks at BASF by giving you responsibility for challenging projects and operational tasks.

In the course of this three-year global program you will pass through three to four stages. One of these positions involves an assignment abroad. Subsequently, you will assume an attractive, challenging position in the field of engineering, maintenance or centers of technical expertise.

During the course of the program we support you with exclusive development opportunities but also with an experienced executive as personal mentor. The job rotation and various cross-divisional events enable you to build up your personal BASF-network.
