Doch bei richtiger Anbringung auf Flugzeugen entfalten sie eine enorme Wirkung und sorgen für eine Optimierung der Aerodynamik an strömungsrelevanten Bereichen. Bereits bei der Herstellung achtet Maike Schmidt darauf, dass die Struktur qualitativ einwandfrei ist.
The riblets of the functional film NovaFlex SharkSkin are only about 50 micrometers in size. However, when correctly applied on aircraft, they have an enormous effect and optimize the aerodynamics of flow-relevant parts. During the manufacturing process, Maike Schmidt makes sure that the quality of the structure is impeccable.
