New in Town? Renting a furnished apartment can be a comfortable and easy solution for starting in a new environment. The laborious search for a new apartment won´t be necessary and our apartments are well equipped with everything you need. BASF Wohnen + Bauen has about 200 furnished apartments in Ludwigshafen. These include shared apartments and flats for singles, couples and families.
We have flats in different districts of Ludwigshafen - from studio apartments to 5-room-flats. The rent includes the cost of electricity, water, heating, internet (Wi-Fi), cable-TV and broadcasting fees. No deposit required.
In comfortable, well-equipped apartments you can concentrate on your new job and get to know to the new environment. You reserve a room for a fixed period of time, you can extend the booking oder cancel monthly. No deposit is required. Besides the fully equipped shared kitchen and the living room every resident has a private room. Supplementary costs e.g. heating, electricity, broadcasting fees, wireless LAN and using the washing machine are included in the rental price.

You do an internship or write your master thesis at BASF and are looking for an accommodation? We offer rooms in shared apartements for 3 people in our guest house in the south of Ludwigshafen.
You share kitchen and bathroom with your roommates. Heating, water, electricity, wireless LAN and broadcasting fees are included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are also available There is no deposit required. The tram stops right in front of the house. Work and downtown can be reached easily.
