BASF increases price of additives for plastic applications

Effective immediately, or as existing contracts permit, BASF will increase prices for products in its additives portfolio for plastic applications globally by up to 20 percent.

The price adjustment is primarily required due to significant volatility in pricing and availability for essential raw materials and the rapid escalation of freight rates.
