Im Werksteil Friesenheimer Insel des BASF Verbundstandorts Ludwigshafen ist die Butadien-Anlage eine zentrale Verbundanlage. Bis zu 105.000 Tonnen Butadien kann diese Anlage dem Verbund im Jahr zur Verfügung stellen. Dehset Karinca and Elisabeth Galaktionow conduct a security inspection in the butadiene plant. They follow a route with specified points where they carry out checks. In the Friesenheim Island section of BASF’s Verbund site in Ludwigshafen, the butadiene plant is a central Verbund plant. This facility can supply the Verbund with up to 105,000 metric tons of butadiene per year.
