RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing, developing and maintaining demand for BASF products on the market through personal contacts with customers and cooperation with distribution network
- Offering technical support to customers before, during and after sales season
- Coordinating and monitoring sales at end user level (farms and shops)
- Sales planning for the assigned region
- Collecting information on risks and opportunities from the assigned region
- Presenting BASF in the region
- Ensuring compliance with BASF Group vision, values, principles and compliance code

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree of the Faculty of Agriculture
- 3+ years of experience in working in the agricultural sector (field sales or production)
- High level of sales and communication skills
- Ability to work in team and a multicultural environment
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package
- Driving license - Cat. B
