Good Adhesion to a Wide Variety of Surfaces

OPPANOL^® formulations provide excellent tack on smooth surfaces like glass, plastic material or polished and untreated metals.

Flexibility at Low Temparatures

Its cold flow behavior enables OPPANOL^® to integrate into pores without external impact and provide a long-lasting water barrier. When damaged, those properties ensure that the material also repairs itself.

Water Vapor Barrier

Maximum moisture protection makes OPPANOL^® particularly valuable for membranes. An example of how strong this protective effect is can be witnessed in the world's oldest synthetic membrane roof constructed in 1956 in Leopoldshafen, Germany.

Electrical Insulation

Well-balanced barrier and flow properties make OPPANOL^® an ideal solution for applications where electrical insulution is critical - as for example cables.

No Skin Irritation

As a skin irritant-free material with excellent tack, OPPANOL^® is used as an essential ingredient in adhesive applications. Products formulated with OPPANOL^® can be removed easily without leaving any residues or irritation.
