START IN Engineering & Technology is a tailored Trainee program. It is a perfect opportunity to get to know the vast world of BASF and enhancing engineering knowledge by the close proximity to our production plants. Daily work involves all technical site services such as process engineering, construction and maintenance. My additional tasks lie in digitalization offering room to optimize processes and drive innovation. Project responsibility and individual contribution - a great overall package for the start of your career."
