You have completed your PhD. in chemistry, polymer-chemistry or physical chemistry with above-average grades and have a wide range of expertise in polymer physics, material sciences, polymer synthesis or polymer characterization.

Independent work suits you and you also have a high level of social skills, pleasure in teamwork, strong communication skills and a confident manner. You communicate securely in English and have gained initial industrial experience during an internship. Engagement in extracurricular activities and international experience are of an advantage, and you are mobile and flexible.

The 18- to 24-month trainee program consists of three or four six-month practical assignments and is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Account is taken of your unique talents and qualifications as well as of your target position. Several stays in different units, for example applied sciences or customer support, offer you a lot of exciting practical and project experience in an interdisciplinary working environment which may also include international assignments.

During the entire trainee program, you are supported both by an experienced mentor who is a member of management. Regular feedback meetings and comprehensive training measures will support your career and personal development You will also extend your personal and professional knowledge and capabilities by attending internal seminars and taking part in networking events with other trainees and managers from different Group companies or regions.
