BASF increases prices for MDI and TDI in East Asia region (excluding Chinese mainland)

March 23, 2026 – With immediate effect, or as contract terms allow, BASF will increase prices for its Lupranate^® MDI (Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate) and Lupranate^® TDI (Toluene Diisocyanate) by $500 per metric ton in East Asia region (excluding Chinese mainland).

Price adjustments are necessary in consideration of sustainable business development, as well as continued increases in the cost of raw material, transportation, and energy efforts.
