Elastollan^® is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) with excellent physical properties, making it suitable for demanding applications in nearly all industries. Elastollan^® can be extruded into hoses, cable sheathing, belts, films and profiles.

• Synthetic leather made with BASF’s thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) Elastollan^® is ultra-soft yet durable. 
• Its high mechanical performance also enables a thin and flexible layer of material, which is easy to dye and emboss, allowing a variety of colors and fashion designs. 
• Elastollan^® significantly simplifies and speeds up the production process of synthetic leather as it can be extruded onto fabric directly without a middle layer using a non-solvent based technology.
