柯迪文博士
巴斯夫集团执行董事会成员
柯迪文是巴斯夫集团执行董事会成员兼首席技术官（CTO）。
柯迪文博士于 1967 年出生于德国兰茨胡特，拥有慕尼黑大学有机化学博士学位。
柯迪文于 1995 年加入巴斯夫，在聚合物研究领域开启职业生涯。此后，他在世界各地担任过各种重要职务。除德国外，柯迪文还曾在匈牙利和比利时担任管理职务。从 2012 年到 2022 年， 柯迪文一直居住在中国，并担任大中华区总裁兼董事长等职务。2022 年，他开始负责领导中间体业务部。2023年，他被任命为巴斯夫集团执行董事会成员。
柯迪文现为巴斯夫集团首席技术官。他负责单体、特性材料、石油化学品、中间体、集团研究院、大中华区、南亚、东亚、东南亚、澳大利亚/新西兰、以及亚洲大型项目。

Dr. Stephan Kothrade is Member of the Board of Executive Directors of BASF SE and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Dr. Stephan Kothrade was born in 1967 in Landshut, Germany. He has a doctorate in Organic Chemistry from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, Germany.
Stephan Kothrade joined BASF in 1995 and began his career in polymer research. Since then, he has held various key positions around the world. In addition to Germany, Stephan Kothrade has held management positions in Hungary and Belgium. From 2012 to 2022, Stephan Kothrade lived in China and was, among other things, President and Chairman Greater China. In 2022, he assumed responsibility for the Intermediates division. In 2023, he was appointed to the Board of Executive Directors of BASF SE.
Stephan Kothrade is responsible for Monomers; Performance Materials; Group Research; Greater China as well as Mega Projects Asia.
