What happens if you send a message to BASF on WhatsApp?

You are simply giving your permission so that we can contact you to process your request.

Please note that we cannot receive any calls on this telephone number. Please do not send any videos, pictures (e.g. of your application documents) or your location data to us via WhatsApp.

WhatsApp is encrypting your conversation, however we cannot guarantee to what extent WhatsApp is going to collect, process or use your data for its own or third party purposes. BASF is using your telephone number solely to identify you in the chat system so that previous conversations can be mapped to you. On behalf of BASF, optimize-it GmbH is storing the conversations for quality assurance purposes for a duration of 12 months. Optimize-it accesses the WhatsApp services via an interface.
