Kayla joined BASF Venture Capital as investment manager in April 2024. She is part of our team in Shanghai, China.
Before joining BASF, she worked as a Trade Capital Market Associate at Cargill Investment and Research Analyst at J.P. Morgan in Shanghai.
She holds a double MSc in International Management from London Business School and Fudan University.
Kayla is a practical and organized person at work, while off the clock she keeps plans light and people-first, leaving room for friends and family calls, unplanned meetups, and pleasant surprises.
