Marc Leduc

Marc holds a doctorate in chemistry and has been an investment manager at BASF Venture Capital since 2017. Born in Canada, he is fluent in English, French and German.
Marc has been with BASF since 1999. His first station was polymer research. He continued with various positions in product development and marketing. At BASF New Business, Marc developed new business areas as a senior manager in the incubation unit.
He studied chemistry at Cornell University, USA, among other places, and received his doctorate in polymer chemistry. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford, England, in 2008.
Marc is an avid ice hockey fan, loves to travel with his family and discovered the joy of alpine skiing during a stay in Switzerland. When he is not on the ski slopes in winter, he likes to relax by reading novels.
