Michaela is an assistant to the management and has been part of the team since November 2011. With her charming smile, she ensures a good mood in the office in Ludwigshafen. As a true organizational talent and with a lot of heart and soul, she takes care of the appointments of the managing director, the team conferences, travel plans and much more for the entire BASF Venture Capital team.
Michaela studied business administration at the Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe and worked in purchasing at Heinrich Heine, a German fashion mail-order company.
Fashion is still her passion. Even more important, however, are trips to the amusement park and similar action adventures with her children. To relax, Michaela likes to read crime novels.
