Civil Society Forum

We take responsibility by actively incorporating civil society voices into our strategic considerations and working together to develop viable solutions.

A new format is our Civil Society Forum, which was founded in Berlin in March 2024 and involves representatives from the business units and the Corporate Center who are affected by the issues discussed. It is a confidential exchange with representatives from civil society and trade unions. The aim of the forum is to actively explain the company's activities in current and potential projects and to position itself on the issues involved. The Civil Society Forum thus offers a platform that provides space for feedback from civil society. The incorporation of external feedback into internal strategic management systems based on this feedback aims to find viable solutions for all stakeholders.
