We offer numerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to ensure our employees feel like they belong and can network with people who share similar interests. 

BASF provides Quiet Rooms at many of our locations in which employees of all faiths or no religious affiliation at all are welcome to utilize for prayer, meditation and the opportunity to seek calm. BASF also provides Mother’s Rooms at many of our locations complete with a refrigerator. The areas are private, quiet, and include counter space and a cozy chair.
