START IN Coatings (Engineering)

You have completed your business engineering, business chemistry or business studies at Bachelor or Master's level with a focus on process technology, mechanical engineering, electro-technology or coating engineering. Independent work suits you and you also have a high level of social skills, pleasure in teamwork, strong communication skills and a confident manner. You are fluent in German and English and have done relevant internships and gained experience abroad. You ideally engage in extracurricular activities, and are mobile and flexible.

The 18- to 24-month trainee program consists of three or four six-month practical assignments and is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Account is taken of your unique talents and qualifications as well as of your target position. Several stops in such operating units as for example account & product management, technical marketing, technical service, production excellence of engineering offer you exciting practical and project experience in an inter-disciplinary working environment, which by the way may include an international assignment depending on the target position.  

During the entire trainee program, you are supported both by an experienced mentor who is a member of management. Regular feedback meetings and comprehensive training measures will support your career and personal development You will also extend your personal and professional knowledge and capabilities by attending internal seminars and taking part in networking events with other trainees and managers from different Group companies or regions.
