Your first interview went well? Great! You'll hear back from us within a week - with feedback and an invitation for an interview day.
It's a great opportunity to get to know each other better and find out if we are a mutual fit. You will have the chance to show your skills in analytics, conception, problem-solving, and communication in various meetings with your potential new colleagues.
- 4-6 interviews with Project Managers & Practice Group leads or regional heads
- Talk to a HR representative and learn more about BASF as a great place to work
- Meet with the Head of BASF Operational Excellence Consulting
- Exchange and feedback shortly after your interview day: if our mutual impression is positive, we will offer you a job

Want to join us as an intern or working student? Here's how to apply.
