We assist internal clients in assessing their current supply chain performance with focus on Inbound and Site Logistics Operations.
We analyze Site Logistics Operations from a customer-focused end-to-end perspective and help improve cost positions following a lean approach. Through our in-depth cross-business perspective we ensure that our clients' operations are in sync with their overall steering processes.
We cover BASF's supply chain in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects – e.g. in the due diligence process. During an integration or carve-out, our M&A experts guide and collaborate with our internal clients' supply chain teams in all necessary activities until the project is completed and business continuity is ensured.
In addition, we are part of the evaluation of supply chain aspects in investment projects, and will give our internal clients guidance on how to best prepare for it.
We provide specific know-how in Supply Chain reporting - including Key Performance Indicator concepts and calculations - as well as in relevant Supply Chain processes.
