The 24-month trainee program consists of several practical assignments lasting roughly two to three months each at our Limburgerhof site and in our German sales regions. It optimally prepares you for your future position, giving you an ideal overview of all of the business processes that are relevant to or touch on sales.

Alongside the sales employees you will get to know all customer groups and support them in their sales and advice tasks.

Involvement in projects with our motivated team and support for analyzing and assessing the plant protection market are your contribution to our success and to sustainable agriculture.

For START IN Agro Germany, we are looking for candidates who have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a university of applied science or regular university with good grades in agriculture or a comparable subject, focusing on crop protection. Initial experience from relevant internships is also to your advantage.

The program focuses on sales-oriented training and you will work on projects and working groups with different specialist units. This gives you e.g. valuable insight into marketing, PR work & sustainability, strategy & processes, and technology & registration.

From the very start and in every phase of deployment you will have an experienced mentor at your side. You will also take part in unit-specific training (e.g. sales training, work-life management). Organized meetings within the trainee community enable you to make contacts and quickly establish your personal network.
