You have an above-average Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or Physical Chemistry and you also possess a wide range of experience in Polymer Physics, Material Science, Polymer Synthesis or Polymer Characterization.
Working independently is something you enjoy, and you also possess a high degree of social competence, take pleasure in working in a team, you communicate well and you have a confident manner. You can communicate fluently in English and you have already gathered your initial industrial experience during some hands-on-training. Extramural commitment and international experience are advantageous. Mobility and flexibility should be second nature to you.
The flexibly and individually-designed program lasts between 18 and 24 months and it will help you to prepare for your future intended position. Several stages in various units such as, for example, Applied Sciences or Customer Support will provide you with fascinating experience of practical work and projects in an interdisciplinary working environment, that may also be linked to an international assignment.
You will be accompanied by personal mentors from the management area for the entire duration of your program. Regular feedback discussions, coupled with extensive qualification measures support you in your vocational and personal development. Regular network events will enable you to establish contacts quickly – including to trainees at other group companies and locations.
