Personnel Changes at BASF

BASF has announced the following changes in its management team:

Markus Heldt (61), President, Agricultural Solutions, Limburgerhof, will retire effective June 30, 2019.

Vincent Gros (56) will, as President, succeed Markus Heldt effective July 1, 2019. Gros is currently, as Senior Vice President, responsible for the Global Integration Management of Seeds and Non-Selective Herbicide Businesses.
