Ludwigshafen

Entry and parking permits

In order to drive onto the Ludwigshafen site and the Friesenheimer Insel, Kläranlage and Limburgerhof outposts, it is necessary to apply for a corresponding entry permit from Site Security. A distinction is made between temporary and permanent entrances:

Temporary entry: This entry can only be created for the duration of an order, e.g. a parking, together with the creation of a temporary ticket. A temporary entry has a maximum validity of 5 days. The application for such a temporary entry is made together with the application for the temporary pass.

Permanent entry: Permanent entries can only be issued to permanent pass holders. Permanent entries are valid for a maximum of 1 year.

Note: Entry permits to be applied for will be issued to the primary contractor only. The maximum number of entry permits is based on the number of active permanent passes. Use of the driveway is possible both by the main contractor itself and by the subcontractor. The administration is the responsibility of the main contractor.

Please download the form and fill it out. Be sure to follow the completion guide for the application.

After you have completed the application form digitally (not by hand), have it signed by your BASF representative/contractor sponsor. The electronic signature will be accepted.

Note: For the extension of more than 3 entries, please use a spreadsheet as an attachment.

Once the form has been digitally or hand-signed by the approver, the requestor or BASF approver must mail the application to standortsicherheit@basf.com.

Two business days after the form was sended to standortsicherheit.com, the entry permit can be picked up at the
North ID Office in J 660.

Please note: No information will be provided that the entry permit(s) is ready for pickup. Only feedback will be provided if applications were not properly submitted and therefore the entry permit(s) cannot be issued.

If your company has to report the loss of an entry permit, please report this immediately by mail to  standortsicherheit@basf.com - stating the lost entry number.

If you need a replacement, please send the completed form (see point 1: Download "Application form for entry permits") - signed by your BASF contact person / contractor sponsor - by mail to  standortsicherheit@basf.com.

Two working days after the form has been sent, the new entry permit can be picked up at the ID Office North in J 660.

Please note: No information will be provided that the entry permit(s) is ready for pickup. Only feedback will be provided if applications were not properly submitted and therefore the entry permit(s) cannot be issued.
