BASF sponsors SHIRU CAFE®, offering university students career advice with free drinks

Tokyo, Japan – September 25, 2018 – BASF will sponsor 15 outlets of SHIRU CAFE®, exclusive venues for students from top universities to enjoy free high-quality drinks, study spaces, and career advice from professionals. The cafés, operated by ENRISSION Inc., are financed through corporate sponsorship and are located within walking distance of selected top universities around Japan. 1 The cafés provide students with the opportunity to learn about the professional world and envision their future careers though interaction with sponsoring companies.

BASF will hold meet-ups at the cafes to interact with students in person as a part of its recruiting and promotional activities.

In addition to the stores in Japan, SHIRU CAFE sites are also located in the United States and India.
