My professional career path has been a learning and growing process full of changes, physically moving from one place to another, with a couple of promotions and reorganizations along the way. Most of the time it was me changing with the company except the last change which happened in 2022, when I transferred from the Dispersions and Resins operating division to Analytical and Material Science in Research. It was different. We work with different businesses, there are more sample types, and you also meet people from different fields. The world is bigger, I would say. Being here means working with people with a similar mindset, and you can learn a lot. Analytical and Material Science also has more high-end instruments, more opportunities to explore and learn, more collaborations, and also more challenging problems. Being in Research means that you need to be really good at what you are doing and are accountable.
